Have worn them twice

Have worn them twice. The first day I wore them for about 4 hours and did a bit of walking. They felt good. The second day i wore them, I was on my feet about 7 hours. My feet hurt so bad I cried. Your return policy says I can only return them unborn, so I guess I have a expensive pair of shoes I can't wear or return. Very disappointed.
