NEED TO START A RETURN?
We want you to love the shoes you buy from Rieker USA!
If you're not thrilled with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us within 60 days of receipt. Please note that all returns must be for products purchased on www.rieker.us and returned in unworn condition with the original packaging to be refunded. There will be a shipping and handling fee deducted from your refund. If the shoe(s) appear damaged or defective, or if you received the wrong shoes, please contact us. We recommend trying your shoes indoors on carpeted surfaces to confirm the fit.
All sale items purchased at Rieker.us or www.remonte.us are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for a return or exchange.
We do not offer price adjustments on previous purchases.
For all orders purchased with Remonte shoes, please go to www.remonte.us to process your return.
Once completed, you'll receive instructions on how to return your order.
Once we receive the shoes, returns take 7-10 business days to process. Once the return process is completed, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address on file.
RETURNS FOR PLACE OF PURCHASE
If you purchased your product from a retail store or a website other than www.rieker.us, you must contact the original place of purchase for return options.
IF YOU RECEIVED THE WRONG OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
If you received the wrong product in your shipment or are missing something from your order, please contact us. To expedite a resolution, please indicate your order number and the item that was shipped in error or was missing from your order.
If your product arrived defective, please accept our apology and contact us. We'll work exhaustively to correct the error.
If your shoes arrived defective but were purchased from another retailer, please contact the retailer directly.
