Poor Quality/No Reply from Customer Service

Received the sneakers and am sadly disappointed. The quality is lacking and there is an issue with something sharp stabbing my little toe. I contacted Rieker upon delivery and have not heard back from them. I have a pair of sneakers that I purchased a couple of years ago that are top quality and am really disappointed/sad that the quality of the pair that just arrived is greatly lacking and that I have not heard back. I don't think I will purchase from Rieker in the future.
