I've been buying Rieker shoes for years & have always loved them

I've been buying Rieker shoes for years & have always loved them. Until now. The heel of the insoles is so thin, it causes a blister. My most recent purchase, day one of wearing the new shoes was horrible. It's like there's no cushion or filling inside the heel area of the insole. I literally can't use these brand new shoes.
