I like these Sandles very much

I like these Sandles very much. I am having trouble with an order I placed the same day. I ordered size 43 and received size 36. I called and got a return label and took it to FrdEx and 3 days later I received the same Sandles back on my porch.
I intend to challenge this charge

Very loose fit in back

The length is absolutely perfect, as is the fit over the toes/ball of foot. However the back is extremely loose, both behind the heel and over the foot. Because there isn't a lot of Velcro overlap, the shoes can't be tightened very much (and if tightened too much the strap drags on the ground). If I'd been able to return the sandals, I would have done so. Have to be careful because feet slice around so much in back of sandals.

Nice looking, but too loose

The sandals are lovely, but the fit is too loose. There isn't enough Velcro to tighten the straps enough to keep them snug on my feet. If they fit more snug the rating would be a 5, but they flop around too much.
